At Virmora, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Virmora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If you experience shipping problems, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Refund & Return Policy
At Virmora, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 60-day refund policy under the following conditions:
Return Requirements
- Refund Request Notification: To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us in writing via email within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Approval: In your email, you must provide a clear reason for the return. Refunds are subject to approval by our team.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on heavily used or damaged items.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
By purchasing from Virmora, you agree to our refund and return policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in further action, including dispute resolution through our payment processor. We reserve the right to provide proof of our policies and your agreement to them during your purchase.
